Before the session
Contact me to check available dates using the on-line form, email, text or just call me!
We will schedule a phone or a video consultation so I can find out more about you and your expectations.
Pay a session fee.
A couple of weeks before the session I will email you a guide to how to prepare and location details. We will stay in touch until your photoshoot day.

After the session
See a sneak peek within 48hrs.
I will hand edit the best photographs.
Your private on-line gallery with at least 50 photographs will be ready within 3 weeks.
At this point you decide which Collection you wish to purchase. You only buy what you love.

Where do you photograph?
I live in Worcester and this is where I mainly photograph. I also cover other parts of Worcestershire and northern Cotswolds, within a 25-mile radius from Worcester.

Do you offer gift vouchers?
Absolutely! If you would like to make a gift to someone just get in touch.
I can post a voucher to you or directly to the person you wish to gift it to.
What should I wear?
It is hugely important to wear the right kind of clothing for your maternity photo session, newborn photo session or a family photo session.
Neutral colours are best. Bear in mind the season, weather and location. For home sessions - take your socks off:)
There is a lot to think about and planning is crucial. I will send you a detailed guide as to what to wear and what to avoid a few days before the session. We will also discuss it during our consultations.
As of spring 2023 I will be offering dresses and newborn outfits. I am currently building a client wardrobe collection. Exciting!
Where do maternity, newborn or family photo sessions take place?
Outdoors or at your home.
It is completely up to you. Most newborn baby sessions take place at home; maternity sessions tend to take place outdoors, whereas families prefer outdoors or a combination of the two.
Outdoors sessions can take place in your local park or wood, at a nature reserve, arboretum ... possibilities are endless. I know many idyllic places in Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds. :)
Please note if you want your session to be held at a paid-for location you will need to cover your and my entry fees.
How long does the newborn photo session last?
The session lasts up to two hours. This length (more than with most photographers) allows you to fully relax and enjoy a walk rather than focus only on the photo-taking aspect. A wider variety of scenes will be a bonus!
An extension is possible and costs £60 per each additional hour, with a maximum total of four hrs. This must be agreed and paid for before the session. Consider this an option if you would like me to photograph you both at home and also outdoors.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your session fee is non-refundable although I will always try to accommodate unforeseen changes and events. I am a mom - things happen!

Why don't you have a studio?
I create natural, lifestyle photographs and these, I believe, are best captured in your home or in a favourite park where you can fully relax and simply... have fun as a family:)
If you would prefer to have more of a posed photoshoot, in a studio and with props I can recommend you a good photographer.
My family photo session will be outdoors. What if it rains?
Outdoor sessions typically take place from April to October and we need to be dressed appropriately.
Whilst mist, low temperatures or wind are not necessarily reasons to postpone a session, the rain certainly is. In such a case, we will move your session to the next convenient date at no additional cost.
What if my child won't cooperate during a family photoshoot?
Even well-fed and rested babies may cry a lot or a 2-year-old may refuse to smile. Let them be children and do what they feel like - even if it is running around the tree! Some children will need more time than others to get used to me or the camera. I will never ask them to smile to the camera and neither should you. Just come with an open mind and don't have any expectations for your little ones. Some sessions are certainly more challenging than others, but I will be able to capture those calm moments and beautiful expressions. I like working with children and I am a mom too - it helps.
Do you offer an express service?
Can I see RAW images?
Yes, for a fee of £60 I will prepare your on-line gallery within three working days (rather than the usual three weeks) after our maternity photoshoot, family photoshoot or newborn photoshoot. This means you will have all your desired digital images ready for download.

I live in Worcester - can I pick up the prints/albums from you?
Of course! I am based in Warndon Villages.
I don't think I look good at photos
During a session with me, I won't ask you to pose and smile. This is your precious family time so enjoy each other's company, laugh and hug. I will be there to catch those gestures, smiles and authentic emotions. You may not even notice I am even there! I may guide you a little in search for a perfect light or suggest a game for your little ones to play.
Can I bring my dog to our outdoor family session?
Of course! Your dog is part of your family after all! They are welcome in any type of photo session, even an in-home newborn photo session:)
Photo processing is part of my unique style and an essential part of the service. You won't be able to view or purchase any unprocessed RAW images.
Will you publish my photos?
I will not if you don't want me to. It will mean a lot to me if you agree to it though. It helps me a great deal. It allows me to run my business. I will of course respect any decision you will take here and I will never publish any images without your consent.
