What information do I collect and process
Name, billing address, shipping address, e-mail address; phone number; gender and date of birth for babies: as well as the names, dates of birth, gender and other details about your family members and other participants in a photography session, together with any other information that you choose to provide to me.
How I get the personal information and why I have it
Most of the personal information I process is provided to me directly by you in order to use me for photography services or to enter a competition. I also receive personal information indirectly via email, social media or a text/whatsapp message.
How I store your personal information
Your information and photographs are securely stored on my password protected computer and two encrypted external hard drives. No one else besides me has access to your data or photographs.
Client galleries
To visit a client gallery you will be required to enter your name and email address. This data will be stored within Pixieset’s / Pic-Time's system, on their servers and will be used to email you only with information relevant to your gallery you have accessed.
Cookies
I and service providers acting on my behalf, such as Google Analytics and Wix, store log files and use tracking technologies, including cookies and tracking pixels. I may collect technical data including your IP address, details about your browser, network and device, the pages you visit and the length of visit, your time zone settings.

I create photographs which may identify you, your family members and other participants and that may be considered personal data. You are responsible for ensuring that all participants in a photography session have been provided with a copy of this privacy policy.
